1. Digital products
Digital products, including templates, guides, tools, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been provided or delivery has started. Before purchasing a digital product, you may be asked to confirm that you want immediate access to the product and understand that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
2. Review services
Review services, including proposal reviews and thesis feedback, may be cancelled and refunded only if the review work has not yet started. Once Solomon Academic Consulting has started reviewing your submitted document, the service becomes non-refundable. Completed review services are non-refundable.
3. No refunds for academic outcomes
Refunds are not provided because you disagree with the feedback, receive a lower grade than expected, fail to receive approval, or do not achieve a desired academic result. Solomon Academic Consulting provides academic support and feedback, but we do not guarantee grades, approval, supervisor acceptance, examiner acceptance, university acceptance, or graduation outcomes.
4. Technical problems or failed delivery
If you cannot access a digital product because of a technical issue, we will first try to fix the issue or provide the file again. If Solomon Academic Consulting is unable to deliver a paid product or review service, you will receive either a new agreed delivery time or a refund.
